Durham & Cleveland SRA Golf Competition 2008 Entry Form

The competition will be held on:

Friday 16^th May 2008 at Dinsdale Spa Golf Club

The morning will be a 9 hole Texas Scramble at 9am followed by a lunch of soup & sandwiches.

The afternoon format will be a Team stableford competition. The winning team will be the best three scores to count & in the event of a tie the fourth players score will apply.

All players are expected to stay for the Evening Meal where Jacket & Tie are required.

The cost for the day will be £170.00 per team (Cheques made payable to D & C SRA).

Your entry will be confirmed on receipt of the entry form & fee.

Please ensure that entries are made before Friday 2nd May 2008.
