MENS COMPETITION

The date for the completion of THE FIRST ROUND is Thursday 30thNovember 2006.

The dates for completion of subsequent rounds are:

ROUND TWO                           JANUARY 7th 2007

ROUND THREE                       FEBRUARY 11^th 2007

QUARTER FINAL                    MARCH 11^th 2007

The dates of the semi finals and finals weekend are 24th March 2007 and 25th March 2007 at Nunthorpe Squash Club.

Please pass on details of the competition to each of your team captains/managers IMMEDIATELY. Please note that no postal copies of the draw will be issued so please contact your opponents even if you are the away team.

I appreciate that there is a lot of pressure on court times. If for any reason clubs are not able to play by the last date, will they please give me a ring well before then. We have no objections if teams agree to switch venue and there is no need to inform me if that happens.

If the away team has not heard from the home team within two weeks of the date of this letter you must inform me. If there are any difficulties please contact me on the above telephone numbers or e-mail address.

All results must be telephoned or e-mailed in within 48 hours of each match, failure to receive this information will result in both teams being removed from the competition.

Lastly can I remind you that Division 1 teams are not eligible for this competition. It therefore follows that players nominated with Division 1 status cannot play for other teams. Players who also play more than four games in Division 1 are not eligible even if nominated for Division 2 teams.

LADIES COMPETITION

The date for the completion of THE FIRST ROUND is January 28^th 2007

The date for the completion of THE QUARTER FINALS is 25^th February 2007
